Emma Mhic Mathúna is speaking to Neil this morning about settling her case against the Health Service Executive and a US laboratory for €7.5 million over her cervical cancer misdiagnosis. Keely Jones and her 9 children have received one week emergency accommodation in Dungarvan. The family have been living in tents on Pilmore Beach in Youghal. Keely's mother is minding the tents as the family still have no long term accommodation. Keely updated Neil on the show this morning and addressed concerns for the family's safety with increased anti-social behaviour in the town A sign was spotted in Inch Beach Guest House & Sammy's Restaurant in Kerry telling people that shirts had to be worn inside the bar. Owner Sammy has had the sign since he built the restaurant and bar. He only recently put it up for this season because of the heatwave. He even had tell a young man to put on his shirt last night in the restaurant. He believes it’s very unhygienic & not appropriate.
