61 people are being treated on trolleys at Cork's three emergency hospitals today.

Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show that 48 people are on trolleys at Cork University Hospital with the remainder being treated at the Mercy University and Bantry General Hospital.

University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded in the country with 82 patients on trolleys at the facility.
