8 new train stations have been announced in Cork as part of plans for the new Commuter Rail Network.
The stations will be at Blackpool, Monard, Tivoli, Carrigtwohill West, Waterrock, Ballynoe, Blarney and Dunkettle.
Transport Minister Eamon Ryan is announcing the plans, which will also include a new depot and the electrification of the network.
