Stuart Ashton is no longer Cobh Ramblers boss.
It's understood that the club's board have decided to remove him from his position with 11 games left in the season.
Ramblers are 8th in the first division table, 6 points off the play off spots, and defeated Cabinteely at the weekend.
Ramblers take on Liffey Wanderers in the FAI Cup on Sunday.
Ashton has been manager of Ramblers since 2019, serving as Stephen Henderson's assistant before that.
Ramblers narrowly missed out on the playoffs last season.
The club have yet to confirm the news.
It's thought the club's under 19 manager Darren Murphy will take charge on an interim basis while the search begins for Ashton's replacement.
