Neil speaks to Sylvia McCarthy the owner of Marvin the dog who had his throat cut in the Mayfield area over the weekend. He died of his injuries on Saturday night. Neil also talks to the Lord Mayor Chris O'Leary who has pledged €200 for a reward for information which leads to the apprehension of the people who killed Marvin.
