There has been celebrations outside a US court, after a judge ruled Britney Spears' father should no longer have control of her finances.
He's been her conservator since 2008, after the singer suffered a series of public breakdowns.
But the hearing in LA heard the situation now reflected a 'toxic environment' - and the entire legal agreement could be scrapped by the end of the year.
Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart is pleased.
"It's a great day for Britney Spears, and it's a great day for justice.
"There's definitely something to celebrate.
"I'm so pleased and proud to say - Jamie Spears is no longer a conservator."
