Cork's Callum Walsh will be looking to make it 8 straight wins in his professional career this weekend.
The Cobh fighter puts his WBC Silver Super Welter title on the line as faces Juan Jose Velasco in California on Saturday.
Speaking to RedFM Sport ahead of the fight, Callum Walsh says he's learning to adapt to the pro style.
"There's a big difference in the punches, and the little tricks that the pros do. They'll hit you in the hips to make your legs tired and stuff like that.
"It took probably a year and a half to figure out the pro style, and I've been here for another year now, so I've been here two and a half years now.
"Working with Freddie [Roach] has definitely helped me to take on that pro style.
"If I have to though I can go back to that amateur style and that's the beauty of it - I have two different styles that I can use."
Fredie Roach is one of boxing's all time greatest trainers, and he told RedFM Sport that he's been massively impressed by Callum.
"He's a very good student, and wants to learn all the time. He's getting better and better all the time.
"Every time he gets to the gym we build certain areas, like body shots or head shots, working them both together and working on certain combinations.
"He's becoming more of a complete fighter every day.
