Speaking to RedFM News, Averil Keane who owns 'Care-a-Lot' childcare in Innishannon says providers have no choice but to pass costs onto parents
"I know eight different services that are coming off the core funding. we have no other option, and it's a pity, because the whole idea of it was to help parents, but it's just they're not helping us to keep our fees down and subsidising us enough to keep going and making a profit, because at the end of the day, we are running businesses. and we have to make money out of it"
