A EuroMillions player from Millstreet kicked off their festive celebrations after securing the top prize of €500,000 in Friday night’s (22nd December) EuroMillions Plus draw.
The winning numbers for the EuroMillions Plus draw were 04, 15, 29, 32, 36.
The player, who purchased a Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at O’Keeffe’s SuperValu in Millstreet, becomes the largest EuroMillions winner in Ireland for the night.
This marks the second time a customer at the local SuperValu store has claimed the EuroMillions Plus top prize, with another player winning the same €500,000 prize in May 2013.
The winner, now in possession of a €500,000 ticket, is advised to sign the back of their ticket and securely keep it. To claim their top prize amount, they are encouraged to contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team at 1800 666 222 or via email at [email protected].
In addition to this win, there was one winner of the EuroMillions jackpot worth over €55 million, with the winning ticket sold in Portugal.
