One in 12 children in Ireland are now on a hospital waiting list.
The Irish Hospital Consultants Association says almost 100,000 are waiting on care.
Roughly 38,000 are waiting over 12 months and around 28,000 are waiting more than 18 months.
Meanwhile almost 3,000 children were waiting to access mental health services, the highest since 2015.
Pediatrics Consultant at Dublin's Temple Street hospital, Dr Ike Okafor, says the long wait times are concerning.
