A large quantity of cocaine was seized yesterday
It follows a Garda surveillance operation in Ballincollig at around 5:30 yesterday evening.
The cocaine was found after a car and two houses were searched.
A number of items relating to the sale and supply of drugs were also seized.
Both men, aged in their 40s, are being questioned at Gurranabraher and Mayfield Garda stations.
