Customer experience company ResultsCX has announced it's hiring sales staff to work remotely and at its base in the city.
The company employs around 23 thousand people globally and handles around 150 million calls a year.
Speaking to RedFM news, Paula Carmody from ResultsCX says they hope to have 500 staff in Ireland by next year:
"Definitely a huge success, you know, we were a small BPO this time last year. We've already doubled our headcount, with plans to bring it even further, over the next 12 months".
