21 jobs are to go at Poppulo in Cork.
The software company, based at Cork Airport Business Park, is looking to reduce its workforce, and have already reduced their team in the US by 53.
In a statement the company says it is making the decision in response to the changing economic climate, and the need to re-evaluate its cost base.
216 people are employed by Poppulo in Cork.
