Jamie O Hara has this report for RedFM News:
"Noel Long is charged with murdering 54 year old Nora Sheehan at a time and place between the 6th and 12th of June 1981. The mother of three from Ballyphehane disappeared from outside the South Infirmary hospital on the night of the 6th of June, after she attended the emergency department for a dog bite on her arm. Her body was found six days later in Ship-pool Woods near Innishannon, and the post mortem revealed she had died a violent death. Judge James McNulty today remanded Lomg on bail under a number of conditions, including that he surrender his passport and sign on daily at a Garda station in the city. Judge McNulty also granted defense solicitor Eddie Burke's application for free legal aid for both junior and senior counsel.
