80 new jobs are being created following the merger of green energy companies in Cork and Kerry.
'Energy Services' and 'Straightline Energy Solutions' are merging to form a new company which will help industry and businesses to dramatically reduce their carbon footprint.
The new jobs at 'ActionZero' will add to the existing 22 staff which are mainly based in Cork and Kerry.
Chief Executive Denis Collins explains what the company does.
"We've created ground breaking technology which is based on a patented blending system, which can decarbonise heat and drive high temperatures of water.
"We're targeting multiple industries, it's a horizontal approach. We have a solution roadmap for industry, enterprise as well as longer term the consumer."
