95 patients are being treated on trolleys in three Cork hospitals this morning.
Cork University and Limerick University Hospitals are the most overcrowded in the country today with 62 patients at both hospitals on trolleys.
According to the INMO’s Trolley Watch, there are 26 patients on trolleys at the Mercy University Hospital's Emergency Department and 7 at Bantry General.
The figures come as repeated calls have been made by nursing unions for the overcrowded crisis to be tackled ahead of the winter season.
