A man in his 20s continues to be questioned by Gardaí in relation to the stabbing attack in Dublin City yesterday.
Three men were injured in the attack in Stoneybatter.
Two of the three men were seriously injured in the attack yesterday, which is understood to be as a result of a box cutter blade. Gardaí are still trying to find a motive, but it appears the attack was random.
Justice minister Jim O'Callaghan says, "he's thankful nobody was killed, no matter what policing plan was in place, no matter what justice system we operated it is extremely difficult to stop attacks such as those that happened yesterday".
