AsIAm say 1 in 65 Irish people live with autism and have seen a 300% increase in demand for their service up to the end of last year.
The group offer training programmes and employment support and have set up a number social clubs involving art, music and books.
The charity say they must raise 75 cent of every euro from businesses and the community and have launched a "20 for 23" challenge to keep the service going.
