The branch has been closed since a fire partially destroyed the multi-storey car park in August last year.
While many businesses at the shopping centre will remain closed due to level 5 restrictions, banking is considered an essential service.
Sanitation stations have been installed and Perspex screens have been fitted to all customer areas.
The bank will be open weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
