The Echo reports staff met with hotel management yesterday where they were told the hotel is very unlikely to re-open under the current owners.
Staff at the resort were told their jobs were at risk when the leisure centre, which is usually open all year round, was closed at the start of January
It's understood a number of buyers have expressed interested in the 61 bed, four star hotel.
