Former Ireland rugby captain Brian O'Driscoll was served with a compliance notice for social posts that breached consumer law.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission has published its 2024 enforcement activity.
It wrote to 26 influencers in April to remind them of their obligations around labelling their content.
However two people, Brian O'Driscoll and Cork fitness coach Caroline O'Mahony, later received compliance notices for continuing to break the rules.
