Businesses worst hit by last week's flooding caused by Storm Babet, could now be in line for payments of up to 100 thousand euro.
Enterprise Minister Simon Coveney will ask his cabinet colleagues today to sign off of a new 'exceptional humanitarian relief scheme'.
According to the Irish Times it would see payments of 10 thousand euro made swiftly to those worst affected, with audited and assessed payments worth up to 100 thousand euro.
