There are calls for the shortage of 35 bus drivers in the city to be addressed urgently.
Passengers say they can’t rely on a bus turning up to get them where they need to go.
Bus Eireann says it needs 35 more drivers to fully operate its routes across the city and has opened a recruitment drive to address the shortage.
Lisa who uses the bus every day, told RedFM News it’s incredibly frustrating when she’s tracking a bus on the TFI app and it disappears:
"There is a shortage of drivers as well and often the bus will go missing, and is great that they have the TFI app its great you can check what's happening but then the buses just dissapear because of someone being sick or on a break so that needs to be addressed as well."
