There are calls for increased Garda presence in Crosshaven.
It follows a number of reports of antisocial behaviour in the the area. including an alleged attack on a teenage girl, a brawl and fights on the main road.
Ther are currently just 20 Gardai to serve the communities of Carrigaline and Crosshaven after losing 3 Gardai in
the last year.
The Echo reports today that there are calls for a dedicated pressence of community policing during the summer months.
