Changes to how people socialise has prompted Cork City Council to review its bye-laws dealing with outdoor drinking.
There has been a dramatic increase in outdoor dining in the last year.
There has been growing disquiet among the public about alcohol consumption by groups in public spaces.
The City Council are now asking locals for their opinions on the matter.
Their proposed bye-laws are available to view on consult.corkcity.ie.
Submissions will be accepted until the 22nd November.
