It will be located at the former Square Deal premises site
The Echo reports that five-year planning permission for the mixed-use development has been granted.
The large-scale project will include 10 one-bed studio apartments, 10 seven-bed apartments, and 18 eight-bed apartments when completed
The Washington St. development will also include a ground-floor cafe, several commercial premises, and 140 bicycle spaces.
Work on the demolition on the former site has already begun, with the development, named Broga House, to be fully completed by September 2022.
