Calls have been made for Ballinspittle to be included in any extension of flood support schemes after the village was hit by flooding last night
A number of businesses and residential properties were affected however damage was kept to a minimum due to the quick action of the local fire service
A clean up operation is continuing this lunchtime
This is the second time the village has been hit by flooding in recent times
