Conditional planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the South Docks in Cork City.
The Echo report that two applications by O'Callaghan Properties through Leeside Quays Limited have been approved by Cork City Council with a number of conditions, which have yet to be published.
The applications are for a mixed used development, including four new buildings and the conversion of the former Odlums building, with the second application for a rehabilitation hospital.
