Cork businesses are confident about their profits and the Irish economy despite US tariffs.
Business Confidence is at a high of 92% according to a survey by Permanent TSB.
Speaking to Red FM News Rob Horgan President of Cork Chamber of Commerce outlines the basis for this positivity in the economy,
"There's so much market out there, aside from America, and the tariffs haven't been a surprise, but this survey was taken before the tariffs were announced, so even then, people knew they were coming. I suppose they knew as well that there was going to be changes to them when they did land, and we've seen that with a 90 day reprieve".
