10 new parklets will be located throughout Cork City Centre.
Funded by the National Transport Authority, the parklets will form part of the 'Re-imagining Cork' programme.
They will be located at Three Piggies, the Quay Co-op, the Imperial Hotel, the Butter Museum, and in Shandon.
There will also be new parklets at the Civic Trust House, the Lavit Gallery, on the Main Streets in Ballincollig and Douglas, the Crestfield Shopping Centre in Glanmire, and the Muskerry Arms in Blarney.
