Cork City Council has issued a high tide warning for the rest of the week.
The Council say that tide levels across cork will be higher than natural tide levels, and have urged householders and businesses to take precautions to protect their property, particularly during the high tides tonight, tomorrow and Friday.
High tide tonight will be at 5.28pm, with the council saying that flooding may occur in low lying areas of the city.
