Cork city Coroner will deliver a verdict into the death of a 23-year-old man who died 5 days after getting the Johnson and Johnson Covid-19 vaccine in the coming weeks
Roy Butler from Waterford died of a catastrophic brain bleed at Cork University Hospital on the 17th of August 2021.
Cork Coroners Court heard that 23 year old Roy Butler of O’Reilly Road in Waterford had complained to friends over text message that he didn’t feel well after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.
He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he died of a “spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage
Today Assistant State Pathologist Dr. Margaret Bolster said she couldn’t find a link between the bleed and the Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Cork City Coroner Mr Philp Comyn said today he wants to take time to consider his verdict because of complication in moving testimony over the past 3 days.
He will deliver his verdict in the coming weeks.
