Cork County Councillors have voted to keep the local property tax at the same rate applied last year for the next two years.
The Echo report that at yesterday's council meeting, Councillors opted to leave the LPT local adjustment factor at 7.5%.
Ciuncillors had been recommended to increase the rate by 15% by the council executive.
