Cork County Council say a broken water main will impact supply to several communities in north Cork.
A broken water main will affect supply in Freemount, Dromina, Liscarroll, Milford, Kilberrihert, Bregoge and the surrounding areas.
Meanwhile, Irish Water are replacing problematic water mains in Clonfert in Newmarket.
The company says there may be some short-term water outages along the areas of work and that the project team will give householders at least two days notice of any outages.
