Yesterday calls were made for a full independent investigation as a "trash screen" was installed after the town was hit by flooding on Wednesday night
It's been confirmed to RedFM News that the gate, which was put in place at an area known as 'The Cutting' yesterday, was ready to be installed prior to the COVID19 outbreak however it's understood the outbreak delayed this.
