Cork County Council say they're continuing to monitor the situation in Rosscarbery and other areas in West Cork affected by flash flooding in the past week.

It's estimated millions of euro worth of damage was caused when flash floods destroyed sections of the N71 in the Rosscarbery area as well as flooding other areas of Clonakilty, Dunmanway, and Bantry.
