Cork Culture Night is getting underway on Friday with a wide range of free online and outdoor events.
As proud media partners, RedFM's Red Patrollers will be in Fitzgerald's Park from 4pm on the day and will be showcasing all the events taking place there and in over 70 venues across the city.
People have to chance to see a walkabout pageant performed by the Cork Puppetry company as well as art, theatre and literature events.
Speaking to RedFM News, Marcela Whelan- Kelly from the Events Team at Cork City Council outlines some of the events being held on Friday.
"We're delighted that some of our much loved institutions are able to open their doors again.
"For example, the Opera House is doing a Karen Underwood gig for a very select audience.
"The City Council is taking advantage of the beautiful Fitzgerald's Park, and we're running circus activities, chalk graffiti, music, all happening down at Fitzgerald's Park from 4pm on Friday."
