The Cork events centre will not be scaled-down despite delays.
That is according to Foreign Affairs Minister, Simon Coveney despite little movement happening since the
sod was turned in 2016.
The State has since added from the initial €16million investment to €50m to get the project over the line.
Building work has not yet begun on the proposed 6,000-capacity venue on the former Beamish and Crawford brewery site.
The Irish Examiner reports the Simon Coveney as saying he is confident the event centre will happen and that
Live Nation and BAM are committed to the project.
