West Cork based Global Shares was set up in 2005
The employee ownership and share-dealing firm say they're set to achieve a valuation of $1 billion in the next four years.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin is in Clonakilty today for the announcement at the West Cork Technology Park on the outskirts of the town.
The company say they also have plans for a further 480 jobs by 2024.
