House prices in Cork continue to rise, according to the new quarterly house price report from MyHome.ie which was released today.
The price for a four bed semi detached house in the city is now at €325,000, an increase of 15,000 from the third quarter of the year.
In the County, the median price of a three bedroom house is now 255,000, up five thousand euro.
The survey also found that there were just 1,357 properties for sale in Cork at the end of last year, which is 12.5% lower than last year, with just 11,300 homes for sale nationally.
