House prices in Cork City are up 7.6% on this time last year.
The latest DAFT.ie report shows that prices are up 5.6% in the county in the same period.
The average price of a house in the city is now just over €332,000, and €274,000 in the county.
However, house price rises are actually slowing down, with prices dropping 1.1% in the county and increasing just 0.2% in the city since the last Daft quarterly report.
