A Cork housing charity is warning renters are putting up with dangerous living conditions.
Threshold which provides support to those at risk of homelessness says tenants are dealing with serious issues without
much support from landlords.
The Cork office was notified of 542 termination notices since the start of the year 299 of which were invalid.
The Echo reports that charity is concerned landlords are using the pandemic as an excuse to neglect issues like rat infestations
and black mould.
