The Cork Mail Centre in Little Island is due to close in less than 24 hours.
Workers at the centre will be clocking off for the last time at 5am tomorrow morning.
240 full and part time jobs will be lost at the centre, after An Post announced the closure in June in an effort to save €11 million.
A skeleton crew will remain at the centre, however all mail will now be processed in Portlaoise
