Brian O'Sullivan from Fermoy is the owner and CEO of Zeus Packaging which employs over 670 people and has an annual turnover of over €300 million.
The company was set up in 1998 and is now one of the largest privately owned packaging companies in Europe.
This years awards received a record number of nominations and this years finalists have revenues in excess of €1 billion.
