A Cork man will travel to Ukraine this weekend with his specially trained search and rescue dog.
Padraig O'Keefe from Cobh will head there with Cooper and help search some of the devastated parts of the country.
Padraig has experience in working in difficult environments in the past in a military and security role.
He says even though there will be a lot of focus on recovering bodies, it's hugely important for families affected by the war:
"If you see the reaction of families to get their loved ones back. They are so happy. It's massively emotional and social rewarding".
