A Cork North-Central TD will meet ILC Dover management in a city hotel this afternoon.
The meeting comes in the aftermath of ILC Dover's announcement that they will shut their business at the Blarney Business Park in the first quarter of 2024 - with the loss of 110 jobs.
The company are set to move all their operations from Cork to Poland and Mexico.
ILC Dover designs and makes a range of products for the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and medical devices markets and is a supplier to the aerospace industry.
In a statement to RedFM News, Deputy Mick Barry says he has points and questions he "wishes to raise with representatives of the company"
