Caitríona Twomey was speaking ahead of a meeting between Penny Dinners, the Sexual Violence Centre Cork and Taoiseach Micheál Martin to discuss the issue.

The two charities have raised concerns about the amount of sexual abuse on the streets.

Caitríona first raised the issue by revealing that she and others had to drag a man off an unconscious homeless woman before alerting Gardaí in August.

Speaking to RedFM News, she outlines what she hopes for following her meeting with the Taoiseach:
