Cork Prison welcomed over 50 guests to its pop up restaurant yesterday.
The Open Door restaurant is operated by 6 inmates who completed the practical culinary skills programme.
The initiative which is headed by MTU lecturer JJ Healy is designed to help prisoners learn new skills and foster confidence in employment upon release.
