Michael O'Flynn of the O'Flynn group has outlined three ways the Government could support first time buyers in Budget 2021.

Extending the Help to Buy Scheme, lowering VAT rates, and offering joint equity schemes for people looking to get on the property ladder are three ways that the Government could support first time buyers in Budget 2021.

That's according to Cork Property Developer Michael O'Flynn of the O'Flynn group who is urging the Finance Minster to address affordability issues in Ireland's housing market in the upcoming budget.
