The Irish Daily Star reports that Sinn Féin TD Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire is suing RTE's Liveline and it's host Joe Duffy.
The Cork South Central TD and RTE have made no comment on the matter, however it's believed the case stemmed from comments about a fantasy government cabinet made on Liveline after the election.
